CARDAMOM MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp Teishu Mekiki Matcha Organic
50ml warm water
200ml Milk or almond milk
2 Cardamom pods
1-2 tsp Agave syrup

PREPARATION

  1. Briefly press the cardamom pods with a broad knife blade and place them in a saucepan with the milk and agave syrup and bring to the boil briefly.
  2. In the meantime, put the matcha powder in a bowl and mix well with the warm water. A bamboo whisk is best for this.
  3. Pour the hot milk through a sieve, froth it briefly with a whisk and pour it into a cup. Add the matcha-water mixture and stir well.
