INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp | Teishu Mekiki Matcha Organic |
50ml | warm water |
200ml | Milk or almond milk |
2 | Cardamom pods |
1-2 tsp | Agave syrup |
PREPARATION
- Briefly press the cardamom pods with a broad knife blade and place them in a saucepan with the milk and agave syrup and bring to the boil briefly.
- In the meantime, put the matcha powder in a bowl and mix well with the warm water. A bamboo whisk is best for this.
- Pour the hot milk through a sieve, froth it briefly with a whisk and pour it into a cup. Add the matcha-water mixture and stir well.
